Major Season Ending Spoiler Revealed

by Aaron

I know a lot of people don’t like spoilers and for those people this post isn’t for you.

With that said, this is the kind of spoiler that doesn’t give anything huge away, but it gives us just enough to wonder what in the world is going on.

So, if you want to remain spoiler free, then don’t click on the jump…(But you should know that this isn’t a specific spoiler):

Ok, here it is. This is via a site called Buddy TV.

They are reporting that at the end of this season, after the smoke has cleared, and Jack has saved the day once again something huge is going to happen that will lead directly into season 7.

That something huge comes in the way of a person returning. Let me quote Buddy TV and the information they have about the very last scene of the season:

Person TBD: Get in, Jack. There’s a lot I have to tell you.

Jack, still struggling to get past the shock of who he’s seeing, climbs in the passenger side as Person TBD gets behind the wheel. As the car peels out, we… FADE OUT

END OF SHOW

So, who in the world could this mystery person be? I’m guessing Tony. I never thought he was actually dead. Other people it could be: David Palmer (That’s pretty unlikely though), Nina (no way!), Kim (I hope not. But what kind of information would she actually have?).

This is crazy. We know that it’s someone Jack knows, and possibly thinks is dead, because he’s “struggling to get past the shock of who he’s seeing.”

I’m stumped.

Any guesses?

I love how it’s a huge spoiler, yet we go almost no info whatsoever from it.

I’m guessing Tony’s back. Not only are the writers not satisfied with Tony’s death, they went out of their way to leave a trapdoor. I don’t see why Tony must have been killed by the one injection when Henderson had been constantly filled with the stuff over 2 episodes.

Plus it took Jack over 12 hours to find out about Audrey this season after his 2 years in the dark. It could be one of those things that Bill forgot to mention, like that Wayne was president or that Jack’s girlfriend was presumed dead.

  2. Mazman Says:

Bound to be Tony. It would explain the lack of a silent clock for one thing…

  3. gnosys Says:

Got to be Tony. If he’s alive, he’s quite likely to have gone to the dark side.

  4. AndyJ Says:

Jacks’s Father will drive away. Dad was running Graham, logan, the Russians, and who knows what else. Dad has some history with every string, every foreign leader… Who else has all the strings that Jack wants to wrap up… The alternative is Audrey’s Dad, who disappeared over a cliff-or did he?

  5. Daniel Says:

    i’m hoping it’s tony.
things just haven’t been the same since he went and died.

  6. roo Says:

It’s not Tony! Tony is DEAD!!! (Sorry, it’s just, everywhere I’ve seen this spoiler I’ve seen nothing but “it’s gotta be Tony” which makes absolutely no sense to me because Tony is pretty well and truly dead so how could he be back talking to Jack?)

Maybe it’ll be ex-Prez Logan, or Aaron Pierce?

  7. ctunightfall Says:

It’s totally Tony or Kim. And the thing they’ll tell Jack: There is a slow-acting poison flowing through his body…

  8. Denise Says:

Ya know, it could be Graem. I’m just sayin’, maybe CTU infirmary brought somebody back to life for a change. I know, it’s a long shot. But it would be shocking to Jack!

  9. Anna Says:

This is totally not probable, but maybe it’s Assad(don’t know if the spelling is correct). I think Tony is a good guess as well, but they kind if just forgot about Jack’s dad, they have to do something with that. But I don’t think it will be Jack’s dad, I think it will be someone tied to him. Who knows? Perhaps Curtis didn’t really die! I know Mike Novack hasn’t made any appearances, he could be the person. Logan is also a good guess. I really hope it is not Kim, I hate every episode she’s in.

  10. abdul Says:

It’s Henderson. He owes Jack for helping him “disappear”.

  11. Kristin Johnson Says:

I’m putting in a hopeless vote for Assad.

  12. S.a.m. Says:

Kim is a terrible guess. She wouldn’t say, “get in Jack”. She’s never called her father by his first name before. Besides, why would he have to get over the shock of seeing her?

I hope it’s Tony. He’s always been my favorite character. I remember reading on Fox’s web site after season 5 where Carlos Bernard (the Tony actor) wasn’t saying whether or not Fox was done with him in the series.

  13. Jeni Says:

I am going on record to agree with Denise that is is Graem.

    I can’t wait, though!

  14. Aaron Says:

Okay, lets go down the list here of people it migth be, why not? So based on what we know, it has to be someone Jack is shocked to se (most likely believed to be dead) that would have viable information for him, that he would get into a car willingly without fuss (so it seems) and would address him as “Jack” well go with longshots first and probables later on, just basically listing a lot of characters that appeared in previous seasons that may show up. By the way anyone we SAW die on the show and was later pronounced dead publicly were leaving out, so out goes Sherri Palmer, David palmer, Michelle Dessler, Curtis Manning, Gream Bauer, and anyone I forgot.

    1. Former president Keeler. Why not? never heard about what happened to him after the coma, obviously he didnt return to the presidency and was shown to not be afraid of some shady dealings, though he nevr actually met Jack and wouldnt call him by name, also Jack may not be too shockd to see him.

    2. Mandy. Havent seen her yet but again you have the fact she probably wouldnt address him as Jack and hed most likely pull a gun right on her.

    3. Kim….No. just…no.

    4. Chase. No real reason for Jack to be shocked, as far as we know he could still be workin in the goverment and the only shocking thing about seing him would be the fact that he bothers to talk to Jack after leaving Kim. I mean its a maybe, it creaes some tension for next season but its not that shocking, just another transition.

    5. That German guy from season 5. I forget his name, Jack pissd him off right proper, but hes a spy anyway so why not?

    6. Erin Driskoll, Alberta Green, or any other stiff form division whos run CTU for like, 4 seconds. I doubt this much but sure, they go on the list

    7. Charles Logan. His death is never confirmed or denied or reported, though its unsure if he would call Jack by name or iuf Jack would just get in his car.

    8. James Heller. This is kind of a freebie because Audrey is so well involved in the last few episodes at this point I think Jack would half expect or want to se him.

9 tony almeida. Okay this is the big one everyone is talking about, and its not as far fetched as evryone think. Yes Tny gets stabbed with the syringe and then goes unconscious as Jack holds him, probably losing his pulse, then the medical staff comes in and Jack goes after Henderson. After that Jack spends al his time in the field and everything that happens in CTU is soley focusedon the task at hand. As the show is sen largely form Jacks perspective, had TOny been revived, or even in a coma the chances of him finding out before being nabbed by the Chinese literally seconds after saving the day are nil. as I recall (and my memory might be foggy) Im not sure anyone but Jack or someone Jack told Tony was dead ever said it. No outside force confirmed Tonys death and CTU is so wrappd up in the goings on that noone there is informed, also a big posibility if Tony is in a coma the rest of that day. so Im just syaing its possible Tony was revived form the brink of death and Jack (and by extension us) was never told about it. So its possible. Okay this thing is getting much longer than I ever anticipated.

    10. Christopher Henderson. Okay last oen I promise, and hes here mainly because well, I like him. Yah he was shot a couple of times, and looked dead enough, unless he had some kind of protection on, or didnt die right away and the navy guy who saw it called the paremedics right away and led them to him, his character was basically evil Jack Bauer and while its not likely, its possible he survived being shot by Jack. For all we knew he grabbed a vest a terrorist had on him on the way out, though I havent seen that in a while and I doubt he looked like he was wearing. But hey, a man can hope, right?

  15. Jose Alvear Says:

I think it’s Gredenko and Chase who decided to come together and have two useful arms. Ba-da-bing!

  16. Lucas Says:

I don’t think that we will see Jack’s father this season. He might possibly be the surprise character at the end of the season. Just a possibility.

  17. e Says:

    mandy?!

  18. Ken Says:

Since it’s a “shocking twist ending!” It has to be somebody many 24 fans will recognise immediately. Why would Keeler or Chase or German agent # 2 be a shock if only 1% of the fans understand who the guy even is?

  19. Tom Says:

The only person I see as being this TBD character is Tony, and I really can’t wait to see him. I mean…why else would the producers (and Carlos Bernard himself) state that Tony’s death could not be confirmed or denied? Keeping that part out of it, though, he’s the only logical option in my opinion…

  20. S.a.m. Says:

Chase might be a good guess, though. He’d definitely be on a first-name basis with Jack, and he’s probably the last person Jack would expect to see (except for maybe people Jack thinks are dead). After saving the world again, Jack would probably be pretty shocked if Chase just showed up out of nowhere!

I’d say he’s my second guess, but I’m still hoping for Tony. Remember in season 4 when he just showed up and killed those guys to save Jack’s life? Tony already knows how to make dramatic comebacks!

  21. Asa Says:

Haven’t the peeps at 24 been notorious for leaking false endings? Not to kill the speculation, but this could be just another throw-off…

  22. Mark D Says:

All good points and guesses. The smart money is on Tony or Henderson. Another shocker would be George Mason. What if he didn’t really die in the crash? That would be a shock. And then there’s that dude that gave up Jack to the Chinese in the back seat of that car, I think, although not readily recognizable to all.
No, really, it’s Brady. Man, this show needs more Brady, right?
Or maybe it’s Edgar. Come on, warm up to the idea.
You’re right. Now I’m just being silly.

  23. Luis Says:

My bet is the car will actually contain two people; first will be his father. The person who utters the line above will be…

Kate Warner. She is the daughter and presumably the heir to a company with ties to the military industry just like Jack’s father. Shocking conspiracy between the Bauer’s and the Warner’s?

I’m hoping so; I want Kate back!

  24. Dimitri Says:

    Perhaps it’s Bill Buchanan?

  25. Denise Says:

Ya know, I’ve changed my mind. The being in the car that Jack is so surprised to see has got to be the cougar! He never got paid after the scenes with Kim, and he’s pissed. That’ll surprise anybody.
