Here we go again. As always, here’s the preview for tonight’s episode, let’s discuss it in the comments.
Seems like the biggest reveal in this episode is that Jack finally finds out his Dad, Farmer Hoggett, is behind the bomb in the house and everything else that has gone on. He’ll no doubt find out that his Dad was the one that killed Graem.
Josh finds out his grandpa isn’t one of those happy-go-lucky grandpas, he’s one of those kill your grandkids grandpas.
And it seemed like to me that Tom Lennox was rethinking this whole alliance with Reed. I wonder what their cover is that Reed was talking about.
Does anyone have any predictions for tonight?
I really hope that Jack finally comes face to face with his Father know what he’s done.

In the normal course of events, Jack would, of course, end up killing someone as evil (planning a war for oil, allowing nuclear explosion in LA, having David Palmer, Tony and Michelle killed - for he must surely have been controlling Graem - and killing own son - about as evil as they come) as his father. But is having Jack kill his own father too much for viewers to accept? Is it too much for Jack to accept? I’m curious to see what happens.
I couldn’t help wondering in the last episode whether Tom Lennox might not be pretending to collude with the Lowe guy just to get more intel and expose them. No doubt just wishful thinking, but, although he’s obviously a jerk with some pretty distorted ideas of democracy, he’s also a patriot and patriots aren’t meant to mutiny.

Jack’s already emotionally fragile right now (as much as it hurts me to say it). So when he finds out about his dad, he’s gonna really lose it. Good point about Tom just using Reid for info to turn on him. Tom’s a jerk and all but I don’t think he’d want to kill the president just for his own agenda. We saw that he was pretty weak and gave up easily by trying to resign. And you know 24 loves to make you hate someone early then turn them around and force you to love them. Thats so rotten.
