Spoiler Scoop
Hey, everyone!! So, before I get to the other business this week (namely the countdown and what I’ve learned) I wanted to share some scoop that was released last night. It comes, as usual, from Ausiello at EW magazine. If you don’t want to learn more about next season, avoid this link and my thoughts after the cut and maybe check this blog out instead.
So, they’re moving locations again. It makes sense. It was strange how every major terrorist attack seemed to happen in LA. I mean, come on- aren’t the earthquakes, mudslides and wild fires enough for the poor people? They have to deal with crazy evil doers too? In any case, it’s great to see a new location yet again.
I’m curious about the resurrected CTU as well. Since it’s been confirmed that Annie is returning next season, is Renee still with the FBI or did she transfer to CTU? I guess it’s also possible she quit after Day 7’s events. I’m also happy to see Chloe is coming back since we have so few characters from the past around here. If anything, I think that’s been one weakness: all the new characters we deal with every season, with very few links to the past. Unless I’m messed up here, I think Jack, Chloe, Kim and Aaron are the only characters left who didn’t start with this day (I’m not counting Tony now, since I fully expect him dead before the end of Day 7) and Kim and Aaron aren’t even around much usually. That’s not much considering how long the show’s been on and how many people have been in the cast.
